Language requirements for ERASMUS incoming students
As you already know, most courses at the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow are conducted in Polish. In order to successfully complete modules and courses, you must first demonstrate sufficient Polish language skills. The minimum level recommended for the Incoming student to attend classes of Englis courses is B1. Students who have been admitted to one of the few study programmes which are taught in English predominantly need English language skills. Students are expected to be fluent in the Polish or English language which will enable them to successfully complete their Erasmus+ Mobility. Students need to have a B1/B2 level in the Polish or English language. We nevertheless urgently recommend you to get at least a beginner’s level of Polish language before you arrive in Cracow. It is your choice whether you take the Polish language test and communicate your results to us.
